Early Podcasting provided a flexible, on-demand addition to live radio, allowing listeners to tune in at will instead of being restricted to a live broadcast schedule. This gave audiences greater control, making podcasts a modern extension of radio traditions but with the freedom to listen anytime, anywhere.
