All About Internet Marketing

Hello and welcome to the show! What we're going to do is a meditation. I'm getting a lot of energy around the throat chakra. This is a blue color, and it relates to self-expression—being able to speak, say your mind, and express your truth. A lot of people who have healing gifts were told to be quiet when they were young or had a mom who said, "Children should be seen and not heard." In a fascinating way, I have friends who are Indian, Chinese, American, Irish, and from many parts of the world, including Mexico. So much of the planet has a patriarchal approach where women traditionally weren’t encouraged to be heard. The problem with that is if we don’t say our truth and express ourselves, it’s hard to evolve as human beings on the planet. So we’re going to do a quick guided meditation .
